Rita MacNeil will headline Saturday night’s East Coast Inspiration concert plus multiple ECMA winners The Burke Family, North Preston Gospel favourites The Sanctified Brothers, ECMA winner Chelsea Nisbett and a house band featuring some of the East Coast’s finest musicians. The show will open at 7:30 pm with the school choir from Robin Foote & Coxheath Elementary under the direction of Carol MacDougall.

Four for the Lord, Cape Breton’s multi-award winning Contemporary Christian band will perform their much anticipated reunion concert as the highlight of the Friday evening musical celebration.

Also scheduled to perform Friday night are Mercy Award winning artist Martine Kelsey, up and coming sensation Taylor Burton and Godsent, the female Christian Music Group which is charming audiences around the region. Amanda Mozvik, with her magical violin, has also joined the Friday night musical presentation. The Festival production is under the direction of Stephen Muise.

Rounding out the week-end will be a Song-writers Circle on Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm including Elizabeth Deveau, Chelsea Nisbett, Aaron Lewis from the Carlton Show-band, Allan O’Donnell and Fred Lavery.
